Crime Families: The Lonely Life of Writing For Jack Getze

What does your family have to put up with from you? Stealing dinner table stories for plot ideas? Physical research for a novel? What's life like for them, living with a crime fiction author?

Of course the main thing is that I'm just never home much. I've been spending 12 to 14 hours a day at my office, writing and marketing my work. And then I've been traveling all over the country for the last year, with another year of it coming up. I'm worried I could be replaced. Last week my wife called me James. This can be from your perspective, a spouse/friend’s perspective, the perspective of a character in your books… Just be sure to state who the ‘author’ being discussed is, and who the author of the write-up is.

Jack Getze is the author of BIG MONEY and BIG NUMBERS. He used to be a reporter until he repented and turned from his sinful ways, and started writing crime fiction.
